Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679,issued by Docfinance S.r.l. to applicants who submit a résumé to the website

This privacy policy was prepared and issued pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (also referred to hereinafter simply as the "European Regulation"), which introduced significant regulatory changes regarding the protection of personal data.
This policy therefore updates and replaces any previous versions issued before now. 
That said, note that:
1) By receiving your résumé, our company is collecting and processing your personal data.
2) For the sake of clarity, we hereby specify the following definitions given by the aforementioned European Regulation:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679

that the collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the following:
a)    Purposes: The data will be processed in order to do the following: carry out recruitment, informative interviews, or draft aptitude profiles and similar; the proper performance of bureaucratic and administrative tasks and for company activities in general aimed at your possible hiring; extraction of information and comparison with the profiles of other applicants; sending correspondence.   
b)    Methods: the data will be processed both on paper and using electronic/computer/online tools/media in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in a way that protects your confidentiality.
c)    Optional nature of the provision: the provision of data is optional and not mandatory.                     
d)    Consequences of refusal: refusal to provide data or to consent to their processing subsequent to the receipt of this policy shall nevertheless result in the impossibility to establish and/or continue any relationship of any nature with you.
e)    Parties or categories of parties (recipients) who your data may be disclosed or disseminated to: the data may be disclosed to third parties only to fulfill legal or contractual obligations and to meet your requests. The data will not be disseminated under any circumstances.
f)    Persons authorized to process the data: the data will be processed by specifically authorized persons designated by the company of the HR department and the administrative and payroll areas.
g)    Automated decision-making processes (e.g., profiling): no automated decision-making processes are employed in any way.
h)    Rights of the data subject: you enjoy all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, their deletion, restriction of their processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
i)    Transfer to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will take place based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or, in the case of transfers under Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, based on appropriate and adequate safeguards.
j)    Period of data retention: the data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject or as required by current regulations or any contractual clauses.
k)    Data Controller: the Data Controller is Docfinance S.r.l., with registered office in Via Danubio 9, Reggio Emilia (Italy), in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.

This privacy policy may be supplemented orally or in writing with additional elements and guidance to help you understand your rights with respect to privacy and to comply with regulatory developments.
